Should any of our remanufactured product not perform to a standard guaranteed by Toner Charge Plus and consequently cause damage to your printer/copier (in which our product is used), please request a written report to this effect from your service company and upon acceptance by us, we shall meet the cost of such repair to your equipment (excludes Consequential Damage).

Please note that use of our product will not void your warranty or service agreement.
