MaxImage & Remanufactured Cartridges (Available Melbourne Metro

MaxImage & remanufactured toner cartridges are presently only available
in the Melbourne metro area. If you are outside this area, feel free to
contact us so we can suggest alternate cartridges to suit your requirements.
We always put our customers interests first and fully support our stringent
product and service guarantees!
Other Important Details About Your Purchase
- Your details are used by us to help ensure your order is delivered on time to the correct place. We will send you a
confirmation of your order (if your order on-line) via email. If we have any questions, an order co-ordinator may contact you via telephone for clarification.
- If for some reason we are unable to supply all of your order we will only charge you for the items we supply.
We will let you know if there is any product that is not available. You can then alter or cancel your
order as you desire.
- All sales are final. Once the goods are delivered to you, you then own them and any loss or damage becomes your
responsibility.
- Any products that are damaged or don't work "out-of-the-box" will be replaced free-of-charge so long as you notify us immediately.
All other returns will be subject to authorisation and will be subject to a fee for the freight cost to return the product to us.
- In all cases, claims for Credit or return of damaged or incorrectly shipped goods must be made within 7 days
of receipt of the goods. No claims will be considered after this period of time.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods are in transit. In this case you must accept the goods upon delivery and contact our office on (03) 9428 5100 to arrange for the return of the goods.
- The terms of this offer are governed by the legislation of the State of Victoria.
- Our liability to you will be limited to the cost of replacing the goods or the cost of having the goods repaired.
